Strength and Conditioning (All)

Strength and Conditioning classes are low impact classes that use load and resistance in the form of TRx, Kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight to help improve muscle and core strength, bone density and to help with weight loss.

These classes are great for anyone looking to progress from or compliment their Pilates, gym or rehab sessions, and will focus on correct technique, raise the heart rate a little and improve muscle tone.

They are suitable for all levels, but are not suitable for anyone with acute pain or serious mobility issues.
